If it\u2019s not urgent but you can\u2019t wait until your General Practitioner is available, you can contact the\u00a0<strong>Medical Emergency Service.<\/strong>\u00a0In Siegen you find the emergency surgery at the\u00a0<strong><em>St. Marien hospital<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>(Kampenstra\u00dfe 51, 57072 Siegen). The free phone number is\u00a0<strong>116 117<\/strong>. Your health insurance covers most hospital expenses. If you are admitted to the hospital for stationary treatment (i.e. overnight), then you will pay 10 euros for each day you spend there.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0<strong>train stations and on motorways<\/strong>\u00a0there are\u00a0<strong>emergency phones<\/strong>.
