Enough with Exam Jitters \u2014 A Practical Workshop for Exam Success | FIT: Well-Being &amp; Social Integration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"101\" data-end=\"265\">In this interactive session, participants explored practical strategies to better manage exam stress and perform to the best of their abilities\u2014even under pressure.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"602\">Led by psychologist <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Christina Eisenbach<\/span><\/span>, the workshop provided a hands-on approach to understanding stress responses and developing effective coping mechanisms. Through a mix of input, guided exercises, and reflection, students learned how to stay focused, calm their nerves, and build confidence for exam situations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"634\"><strong data-start=\"604\" data-end=\"634\">Highlights of the session:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"698\">\u2705 Understanding what happens in the brain during exam stress<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"700\" data-end=\"756\">\u2705 Learning quick techniques to calm both body and mind<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"813\">\u2705 Practicing tools to improve focus and concentration<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"861\">\u2705 Developing a personalized pre-exam routine<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"863\" data-end=\"924\">\u2705 Gaining practical exercises to apply directly on exam day<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"926\" data-end=\"1200\">The session created a supportive space for participants to reflect on their own experiences with stress and to explore strategies that work for them individually. Students left with a toolkit of practical methods to navigate exam situations with greater ease and confidence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1213\"><strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1213\">Outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1382\">Further workshops focusing on mental well-being and study skills will continue to support students throughout their academic journey.
