Through interactive exercises, they identified the competencies they already use in everyday situations and learned how these align with future-oriented job profiles.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"584\">A key focus was recognizing individual potential and connecting it to suitable career paths. On the second day, everyone transformed their personal \u201chero\u2019s journey\u201d into a creative canvas\u2014no artistic skills required.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"609\">The workshop offered:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"820\">\n<li data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"663\">\n<p data-start=\"612\" data-end=\"663\">Clarity about personal strengths and career goals<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"664\" data-end=\"704\">\n<p data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"704\">Insights into future-relevant skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"776\">\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"776\">Orientation toward job profiles that match one\u2019s competence profile<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"820\">\n<p data-start=\"779\" data-end=\"820\">Concrete next steps for career planning<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"931\">An optional reflection session will take place on <strong data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"893\">December 21, 2025<\/strong>, to continue the development process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"1030\">The event also counted for <strong data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"990\">3 Employability Pass points<\/strong> (Soft Skills &amp; Employability category).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This workshop was organized by the Career Service &#8211; check them out!
