Self-Study Course Change Competence \u2013 Develop the Ability to Cope with Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"502\">From December 1 to December 15, 2025, participants had the opportunity to take part in the self-study course <em data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"411\">\u201cChange Competence \u2013 Navigating Change Effectively\u201d<\/em>, designed to provide practical knowledge while enabling independent and flexible learning.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"504\" data-end=\"828\">Through a combination of structured learning modules, practical exercises, and reflection tasks, participants were able to work through the content at their own pace and apply what they learned directly. The course focused not only on knowledge acquisition but also on the sustainable development of individual competencies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"870\"><strong data-start=\"830\" data-end=\"870\">Highlights of the self-study course:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"937\">\u2705 Flexible, location-independent learning at an individual pace<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"939\" data-end=\"1004\">\u2705 Practice-oriented tasks for direct application of the content<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1073\">\u2705 Strengthening self-organization and independent learning skills<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1156\">\u2705 Opportunities for individual reflection and deeper engagement with key topics<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1227\">\u2705 Sustainable competence development through self-directed learning<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1229\" data-end=\"1434\">Participants gained valuable experience in self-directed learning and were able to further develop their skills in a targeted way.<br data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1362\" \/>The course was offered by the Career Service as part of the FIT project.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1447\"><strong data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1447\">Outlook<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1653\">There will also be another opportunity to participate in a self-study course in <strong data-start=\"1529\" data-end=\"1553\">summer semester 2026<\/strong>.
