Workshop: Employability Assessment Training | FIT: Soft Skills &amp; Employability"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On <strong>November 14, 2025<\/strong>, participants attended an interactive in-person workshop designed to help them assess and strengthen their personal employability profile.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2674 aligncenter\" style=\"font-size: 1rem\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uni-siegen.de\/fit-in-siegen\/files\/2025\/09\/20251114_185650-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Led by employability and personal development expert <strong>Manuel L\u00f6ffler<\/strong>, the session offered a mix of expert input, guided reflection, and collaborative exercises to support students in understanding their strengths, competencies, and development needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights included:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2705 Assessing one\u2019s current employability profile and identifying relevant strengths and areas for improvement<br \/>\n\u2705 Reflecting on personal, interpersonal, and professional competencies<br \/>\n\u2705 Learning which skills and attributes are especially valued in different industries<br \/>\n\u2705 Understanding how to align one\u2019s individual profile with career goals<br \/>\n\u2705 Defining practical steps to further develop key competencies and boost employability<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2671 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.uni-siegen.de\/fit-in-siegen\/files\/2025\/09\/20251114_190622-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Participants immedi<span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">ately put their insights into action \u2014 from evaluating their current skill set to identifying concrete development steps for their future careers.
