Beyond technical usage, the workshop emphasized the importance of maintaining authenticity and aligning applications with expectations in the German job market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"667\">Participants gained hands-on insights into:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"909\">\n<li data-section-id=\"vcv1dm\" data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"723\">creating strong, personalized application documents<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"slb3kd\" data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"781\">using effective prompts to get better results from AI<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"nzv49r\" data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"841\">matching their profiles strategically with job postings<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1nyngbg\" data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"909\">preparing for interviews through realistic AI-based simulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1229\">A key highlight was the <strong data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"970\">practical, interactive approach<\/strong>. Students were encouraged to work directly with their own materials\u2014such as CVs or job postings\u2014throughout the session. At the end of the workshop, they had the opportunity to test the tools independently and receive <strong data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1211\">individual feedback<\/strong> on their results.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1521\">The workshop was led by <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Tanja Herrmann-Hurtzig<\/span><\/span>, who brought over 30 years of experience in human resources.
