Through interactive exercises, guided self-reflection, and group discussions, they learned how to identify competencies they have developed through their studies, work experience, volunteering, and personal projects\u2014and how to connect these strengths to the requirements of potential employers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1341\" data-end=\"1386\">By the end of the workshop, participants had:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<li data-section-id=\"5qx8gy\" data-start=\"1388\" data-end=\"1437\">Identified their key strengths and competencies<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"31e020\" data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1497\">Learned how to align their profiles with job requirements<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"18id39m\" data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1558\">Improved their application strategy and career orientation<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"h4r8j7\" data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1616\">Gained confidence in presenting themselves to employers<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1daxf1\" data-start=\"1617\" data-end=\"1692\">Developed a clearer understanding of their unique value in the job market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1993\">The workshop was offered by the Career Service as part of the FIT programme\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1820\">career competence Awareness Workshops (c2AW)<\/strong>.
