Regular events and meetings are designed not only to promote the personal and academic development of participants, but also to enhance knowledge exchange and career prospects.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Siegen Junior Fellows&#8221; network provides a platform that fosters exchange among dedicated students and offers them inspiration for their further academic and professional paths.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Siegen Junior Fellows&#8221; include scholarship recipients from all foundations (bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s students) and Siegen recipients of the Deutschlandstipendium. Additionally, other students who have been nominated for scholarships are included. Through regular meetings, workshops, and networking opportunities, participants have the chance to establish new contacts and exchange experiences and knowledge. This is intended to support both individual academic and professional development as well as collaboration within the University of Siegen.<\/p>\n<p>The launch took place at the end of September 2025, thereby laying the foundation. In the future, the &#8220;Siegen Junior Fellows&#8221; will meet regularly to share knowledge, ideas, and experiences\u2014and thus build a strong, interdisciplinary network at the University of Siegen. The initiative is led by Ira Dexling on behalf of the university and is assigned to the Vice Rectorate of Prof. Dr. Petra M. Vogel.
