The Studienförderfonds Siegen was established on the initiative of the Rectorate of the University of Siegen and supports outstanding students in 
their academic and personal development. Thanks to the committed involvement of numerous supporters, around 1,320 scholarships have been awarded to students of the University of Siegen over the course of 17 years and 18 selection rounds, a success story we are eager to continue.
Our goal is to strengthen a vibrant scholarship culture in the region: young, motivated talents should be supported regardless of their parents’ income and, at the same time, be able to build valuable connections with regional employers during their studies.
