Working and studying in an international environment can be both exciting and challenging. Different cultural backgrounds influence how we communicate, collaborate, negotiate, and solve problems. Developing intercultural competence is therefore a key skill for academic success and a successful career in Germany.

Are you looking for a part-time working student job, internship or about to finish your degree to get a „real“ job?

This 4 week long program provides you with the basics and style advices to get ready for your job hunt.

Together with other students, you will start this journey online on Tuesday, 13th October 16:30 til 18:30 and finish in person with a workshop in Siegen on Friday, the 13th of November. Every week a tasks awaits that makes sure you move forward (when you do it).

The workshop is held by Manuel Löffler. He is an experienced consultant specializing in leadership, team development, and organizational growth. With an international background in environmental sciences, human resources, and organizational development, he brings a unique perspective to career development and employability.

His workshops combine practical insights, structured reflection, and actionable strategies that participants can immediately apply in their academic and professional lives.
