Recap 23.01. Enough with Exam Jitters — A Practical Workshop for Exam Success | FIT: Well-Being & Social Integration

In this interactive session, participants explored practical strategies to better manage exam stress and perform to the best of their abilities—even under pressure.

Led by psychologist Christina Eisenbach, the workshop provided a hands-on approach to understanding stress responses and developing effective coping mechanisms.
