Your Employability Pass

Students who complete the FIT-program by active participation receive a certificate confirming their achievements,  a personal check of your applications, as well as a fully-funded professional photoshoot for job application photos.

All this provides practical benefits, helping international students in your academic journey and future job search. The Employability Pass is designed to support students from starting your study to entering the job market, ensuring your are all well-prepared both academically and professionally.

 

About the FIT-Project

FIT in SIEGEN - Forging International Talents is organised by the International Student Affairs (ISA) department at the University of Siegen.
Many offers can be realised thanks to cooperation with partners from the university and the region.
The Prorectorate for Students and Junior Faculty, Diversity, and International Affairs at the University of Siegen is responsible for the strategic direction of the programme.

It is funded by the DAAD with funds from the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
