Workshop topics include:

Understanding how stress develops (and when it becomes harmful)

  • Causes and warning signs of burnout
  • Healthy strategies for coping with stress
  • Tools for preventing overload
  • Effective relaxation techniques

In addition to theoretical input, you will directly apply what you learn to your own student life. You will identify your main sources of stress, both external, such as the double burden of studies and work, and internal, such as perfectionism and then reflect on how you can use the strategies presented to manage these stressors more effectively. You will also explore which activities help you to recharge and how you can integrate them more actively into your daily routine.

July in the SLR | FIT: Well-Being & Social Integration

Here‘s an overview of all our upcoming Sessions in the SLR for you!

What is a Self-care session?

Every Wednesday (5-6pm) we will meet in the Student Living Room to do activities or talk and exchange about Self-care related topics! Self-care, as we understand it, can be practiced in a number of ways, such as taking time to relax, having fun playing a board game, creating an effective study routine, learning more about one‘s mindset, and much more… 🙂

Sessions marked in green are Self-care sessions and take place on Wednesdays, usually 5-6 pm. The other sessions are Special Events with individual timings.

Feel free to come around and bring your friends!

We are looking forward to seeing you!
