The Employability Training workshop focused on strengthening participants’ career readiness through self-reflection, practical exercises, and targeted employability development. The interactive session encouraged participants to assess their current professional profile and gain a clearer understanding of how their skills align with labor market expectations.
Throughout the workshop, participants explored their individual strengths, identified areas for further development, and reflected on personal, interpersonal, and subject-related competencies relevant to their career goals.
