Du möchtest herausfinden, welche Kompetenzen Du persönlich in Dein Studium miteinbringst und welche davon Dich dabei unterstützen, jetzt und später im Beruf erfolgreich zu sein? Du fragst Dich, welche Fähigkeiten es braucht, um in Deinem Studienfach kompetent zu handeln?

Im ersten Teil der Career Competence Awareness Workshops (c2AW) schauen wir gemeinsam in Deinen ganz persönlichen Kompetenzkoffer: Welche Kompetenzen hast Du durch Deinen bisherigen Lebensweg und Deine Erfahrungen bereits gesammelt? Welche davon helfen Dir konkret im Studium und im späteren Berufsleben weiter? Und welche Anforderungen stellt Dein Studienfach an Dich?

Am Ende des Workshops hast Du mehr Klarheit darüber:
✅ Was unter einer ‚Kompetenz‘ verstanden wird und welche Kompetenzfelder es gibt
✅ Welche Kompetenzen Du durch Deine individuelle Biographie mitbringst
✅ Welche Kompetenzen Dich besonders auszeichnen und was Dich erfolgreich macht
✅ Welche Kompetenzen Du wann in Dein Studium einbringen kannst
