After covering the theory, you will immediately apply your knowledge in hands-on exercises: You will find a job offer that matches your profile, analyze it, and draft a tailored application including a structured outline of your cover letter and CV.

Trainer: The workshop will be led by Julia Barden, a psychologist with extensive experience in the HR departments of well-known companies. Now working independently, she specializes in application training, career coaching, and burnout prevention.
