24.+25.10. Resilience Workshop: Learn to Overcome Challenges in Everyday Life | FIT: Well-Being & Social Integration

How can you overcome everyday uni challenges? Build resilience to thrive while studying abroad!

Resilience is especially important for international students as they navigate the challenges of studying and living in a new country.This workshop is designed to support international students in developing personal strategies to cope with stress and difficult situations.

In this interactive Workshop, you will learn how to:

☀️ Look at current challenges from a new, more positive perspective

🌳 Recognize difficult experiences as opportunities for personal growth

📚Strengthen your emotional resilience for both academic and everyday life

✍️Identify and change inner thought patterns that may be holding you back

The goal is to help you build confidence and stability in your daily life – both personally and professionally. By learning to deal with inner stressors, you can reduce their long-term impact and feel more empowered going forward.

No prior knowledge is needed – just bring yourself and an open mind.

📅 The workshop will take place over two consecutive days:

🕘Friday, October 24th, from 3 PM to 7 PM, and

🕘Saturday, October 25th, from 11 AM to 1 PM.

When you get a ticket, you register for both days.
