💡 Self-study Course: Change Competence
How do you personally deal with change? Can you adapt flexibly, act creatively, and let go of old habits when needed? Employers increasingly value these abilities, as change competence is now considered a key future skill across social, organizational, and personal levels.
This self-study course gives you the chance to explore your own change competence and reflect on how you already use it in your studies and career.
What to expect:
✅ Understand what change competence (or change intelligence) really means
✅ Explore the phases and roles that change processes go through
✅ Reflect on your personal experiences and feelings about change
✅ Recognize your own resources for dealing successfully with change in academic and professional contexts

Here, you’ll exchange insights and questions with other participants and connect your learnings to your career prospects in more depth.
