Dr. Suheir M. Elbayoumi Harb, She received her B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Al-Quds University, Jerusalem-Abu Deis, Palestine in 1996, and her M.Sc degree in Information Systems with database and data mining concentration from CDM, DePaul University in Chicago, the USA in 2004. She received a Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Universiti sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia in image processing in 2015. Currently, she is working at Palestine Technical College as an assistant professor at the computer science department. She has more than 17 years of teaching experience and has published papers in international journals. Her research interests include image processing, computer vision, and data mining.
