Der Baukörper ist als Solitär im Plangebiet platziert und spaltet das Quartier in zwei Bereiche. Ziel ist es ein identitätsbildendes Element zu entwerfen, das eine städtebauliche Ausdrucksweise beinhaltet und eine gewünschte positve Fernwirkung mit Wiedererkennungswert erfährt. Die entwickelte Blickachse richtet sich auf die großzügige Eingangssituation von drei Nutzungsbereichen und gibt dieser eine gewisse Dominanz und Wertigkeit. Neben des prägnanten Einschnittes der Erschließung im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine weitere Maßnahme zur Identitätsbildung innerhalb der Blickachse: die Ausbildung des Aussichtsturmes für die Öffentlichkeit. Diese Bereiche werden als Sitzstufen in trichterartigen Elementen ausgeführt und kragen bis zum Dachüberstand des Flugdaches aus der Fassade heraus. Die Aussichtsbereiche werden durch Treppenstufen erreicht. Die Treppe verläuft als Rundgang sowohl abschnittweise entlang der Fassade als auch durch das Gebäude und ähnelt optisch einem Band. Im Inneren des Gebäudes wirkt die Steigung wie eine Skulptur im Raum. Insgesamt dient das Treppenband mit den Aussichtsbereichen als vielfältige Kommunikatonsfläche, in der die Dimension und Qualität Siegens begreifbar werden. Nach dem Herausschneiden der öffentlichen Erschließungsbereiche ergeben sich Restflächen, die den anderen Nutzungen zugeordnet werden. Sie beinhalten sowohl den öffentlichen Hotelbereich mit Lobby und Frühstücksbereich in den ersten beiden Geschossen als auch Hotelzimmer. Zusätzlich sind vielseitge Wohngemeinschaften und freie Präsentationsfächen mit und ohne Steigung angebracht.

    But, think about this, suppose you typed a catchier title?
    I am not suggesting your content isn’t solid, but
    what if you added a title that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean Low Budget Hotel – Grundlagen des
    Entwerfens und Entwerfen is a little boring. You ought to peek at Yahoo’s home page and see how
    they write article titles to get viewers interested.
