Grundlagen des Entwerfens II
Im Rahmen der städtebaulichen Umstrukturierung eines (fiktiven) Industriehafengebietes und der Umnutzung von Lager- und Speichergebäuden sollen neue Wohn-, Arbeits- und Lebensräume entstehen. Diese bis zu 100 m lange Häuserreihe soll die ehemaligen Quais flankieren und sich zum Wasser hin orientieren. Als Nutzung, für die einzelnen zu entwerfenden Einheiten sind Gründerzentren, kleinere wohnverträgliche Handwerksbetriebe, Verkaufsflächen, Veranstaltungsbereiche, Co-Working-Spaces, Kneipen, kleinere Ateliers usw. sowie kleine Wohnungen denkbar. Am Ende Übung ensteht ein Gesamtbild von etwa 80 Arbeiten, das die gedachte Situation wiederspiegelt. Die Einheiten mit einer Breite von 4,20 m im Lichten, d.h. 4,50 m Achsabstand und einer Tiefe von 12,00m, werden in der Höhe auf 9,00m begrenzt. Ein kleiner privater Außenbereich mit einer Tiefe von 5,00m wird jedem Gebäude auf der Wasserseite zugeordnet.
Die Bearbeitung erfolgt in Zweiergruppen als Rollenspiel Nutzer-Architekt wechselseitig. Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Entwurf. Vertieft werden die einzelnen Planungsphasen im Laufe der Bearbeitung. Diese Übung soll neben der weiterführenden Vermittlung von Entwurfskompetenzen auch die fachliche Gesprächsführung fördern.
