On the morning session of the second day 31.05.2022 of the KTH management meeting, Dr. Hamidreza Ahmadian from the University of Siegen, presented about WP6 “Management” with a focus on financial issues. He also discussed needed actions to respond to recommendations given monitoring visits by Erasmus+ national offices. In the same session, Dr. Raimund Kirner from the University of Hertfordshire presented the planning for the next meeting at Hatfield, UK. He gave details about travel and accommodation at Hatfield.

 

On the afternoon sessions of the second day, 31.5.2022, of the KTH management meeting, Dr.
Dr. Christian Weber from the University of Siegen presented the required contributions from each partner on finalizing the deliverable D2.7 “Analyse the lab requirement and implementation of the new lab”. Each partner representative presented his/her experience in developing the lab. The session concluded with stressing out missing parts in the deliverable to reach the final “Lab Requirements Report”.

On the first day 30.5.2022 second session of the management meeting track, 30.05.2022, of the MS@CPS project consortium organized by the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Dr. Christian Weber from the University of Siegen presented on the Status of the deliverables in the WP2 “MS@CPS Curricula”, open points and missing contributions and planning of the break-out sessions for deliverables in WP2. There were discussions about preparing to finalize course materials for offered courses in the master’s program.

 

Face-to-face meeting at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology University (KTH) in Stockholm

A face-to-face meeting is being held at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology University (KTH) in Stockholm from 30th May 2022 to 2nd June 2022.
The meeting is scheduled in parallel tracks: the first track is the management track and the training track. In the management track, the consortium will discuss progress and the next steps in implementing the project. On the other hand, the training track has the theme of “Enhancing Higher Education”. The first session is about the current status of the project. The meeting takes place with members from all partners participating either in the management meeting or in the training meeting. In this meeting, the newly added consortium member, Al-Aqsa University, participates with members in both tracks of the meeting. The MS@CPS consortium acknowledges the KTH for hosting both tracks of the meeting at its campus and appreciates the efforts done to have this meeting conducted face to face despite the difficulty due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

First day, 30.5.2022, of the KTH management meeting

On the afternoon sessions of the first day, 30.5.2022, of the KTH management meeting, Dr. Ala’ Khalifeh from German Jordanian University, presented about WP4 “Quality Plan” with a focus on the review process of deliverables, the status of the deliverables in the WP4, open points, and missing contributions, and Planning of the upcoming deliverables. In the second session in the afternoon, Dr. Mohammed Saleh from KTH presented the WP3 “Industrial Partnerships” status. First, he introduced the design of internship integration into the curriculum. Dr. Saleh presented the procedure for identifying and developing the case studies. The goal of the case is to improve soft skills and technical skills. The development of the entrepreneurship course is described.

On the third-day first morning session, 17.3.2022, of the f2f meeting of the MS@CPS project consortium organized by the University of Carthage (CU) at Bizerte, Tunisia,
Master students from the University of Carthage presented their experience in the CPS study program. In the end, the panel was opened for questions and they answered questions raised by the participants. Advises and feedback from the academic staff at the consortium was given to the students.

On the second day, Dr. Hamidreza Ahmed from the University of Siegen presented recommendations and needed measures to respond to feedback from evaluators.

On the second day afternoon sessions, 16.3.2022, of the f2f meeting of the MS@CPS project consortium organized by Carthage University (CU) in Tunisia Dr. Ezzaldeen Edwan from PTC presented about progress in dissemination and exploitation work package. Dr. Edwan pointed out that all deliverables of this WP are on the track. Moreover, several planned activities were presented to keep the project sustainable. At the end of the presentation, the panel was opened for discussing ideas to keep the project outcomes sustainable.

 

In another regard, Dr. Saleh presented the initial schedule for the planned meeting at KTH and the consortium discussed planned activities which are scheduled for the end of May 2022.
