On the second day, Dr. Hamidreza Ahmed from the University of Siegen presented recommendations and needed measures to respond to feedback from evaluators.

On the second day afternoon sessions, 16.3.2022, of the f2f meeting of the MS@CPS project consortium organized by Carthage University (CU) in Tunisia Dr. Ezzaldeen Edwan from PTC presented about progress in dissemination and exploitation work package. Dr. Edwan pointed out that all deliverables of this WP are on the track. Moreover, several planned activities were presented to keep the project sustainable. At the end of the presentation, the panel was opened for discussing ideas to keep the project outcomes sustainable.

 

In another regard, Dr. Saleh presented the initial schedule for the planned meeting at KTH and the consortium discussed planned activities which are scheduled for the end of May 2022.

 

 

On the noon session, Dr. Khalid Alemerien from Tafila Technical University (TTU) presented a summary of admission policies for the cyber-physical systems master program at the partner universities in Palestine, Jordan, and Tunisia. A comparison between different policies was presented and a discussion was conducted on how to make those admission policies meet international standards.

 

On the second day morning sessions, 16.3.2022, of the f2f meeting of the MS@CPS project consortium organized by the University of Carthage (USI) at Bizerte, Tunisia, Dr. Christian Weber from the University of Siegen presented on the collection and arrangement of the use-case in CPS systems.
Following that teams from partner universities were divided into groups to use concept boards on different use cases e.g., care of elderly people, defect detection in industry, blood pressure monitoring, and smart agriculture.

We are seeking an external evaluator who will evaluate the program’s progress at different stages and provide us with evaluation reports that will be submitted to the European Union. The remaining period of the project is around 1.5 years. The best candidates are those who have experience with Erasmus+ European Union capacity-building projects and those who performed a previous evaluation for a similar program.

F2F meeting at Carthage University

A face-to-face meeting is being held at Carthage University (CU) in Tunisia from 15th March 2022 to 17th March 2022. Her excellency, the president of Carthage university Prof. Nadia Mzoughi Aguir welcomed the participants of the consortium at the beginning of the meeting. The consortium will discuss progress and the next steps in implementing the project. The meeting takes place after the new decision about the extension of the project for one more year and the decision about the inclusion of Al-Aqsa university from Gaza in the consortium. The MS@CPS consortium acknowledges the CU for hosting this event and appreciates the efforts done to have this meeting conducted face to face despite the difficulty due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. It should be noted that the meeting is being held over Zoom as well for those who are not able to attend face to face.

F2F meeting at University of Siegen

The partners of the MS@CPS project hold a face-to-face meeting at the University of Siegen (USI) at Siegen, Germany. The meeting will last from 14th December 2021 to 16th December 2021. The consortium will discuss progress and the next steps in implementing the project. More, there will be training sessions in the field of embedded systems offered by the Chair for embedded systems and the chair of knowledge-based systems and knowledge management at the University of Siegen. The MS@CPS acknowledges the university of Siegen for hosting this event and appreciates the efforts done to have this meeting conducted face to face despite the difficulty due to COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Now the face-to-face meeting is being held at the Tafila Technical University (TTU) in Jordan. The meeting will last from 26th October 2021 to 28th October 2021. The consortium will discuss progress and the next steps in implementing the project.
